Costa Fuego throws up massive copper-gold hit for Hot Chili
Hot Chili’s Costa Fuego copper-gold porphyry discovery in Chile is continuing to give up seriously long copper-gold drill intersections with the latest hit over 876 metres grading 0.5 per cent copper. An even richer 206m intersection going 0.7 per cent copper and 0.3 per cent gold was contained within.

Venus maps lithium extension at Youanmi
A geochemical survey at Venus Metals Corporation’s Youanmi lithium project has backed up previous drilling, with the company hoping recently delineated lithium anomalies are an extension of the Manindi lithium discovery to the south that excited the market last month. Interestingly, the extensions appear to coincide with existing and known pegmatite outcrops.
Blackstone to drill target that dwarfs Ban Phuc
Blackstone Minerals has secured Vietnamese approval to take its drills to the highly-prospective Chim Van target. The company says geophysical modelling suggests Chim Van is a concealed ultramafic target similar to the Ban Phuc disseminated sulphide deposit, however significantly it registers a magnetic signature that is an order of magnitude larger. Blackstone is currently wheeling the rig to the site, about 7km northwest of Ban Phuc.

In a stunning endorsement of Latin Resources’ relatively early-stage Salinas lithium project in Brazil, the company has put away a $35 million capital raise, corner-stoned by a serious Canadian fund that takes a strong interest in new energy and battery metals projects. And far from marking Latin’s share price back to the discounted capital raise price of 16c, the market propelled it on to touch 20.5c in intraday trading.
