Achievement District Test Coordinator Reporting Information

AASA Reporting

Published Reports and On-Demand Reporting in PearsonAccessNext (PAN)
  • Published Reports will include the Student Data File (.txt format), Roster Reports (PDF), and Student Reports (PDF).
  • On-Demand Reporting will include several formats that data can be exported in. In addition, there will be filter and sort options in On-Demand Reporting. Reports can display by testing groups if these were set up in PAN before April 29th.
  • The following user roles will have access to Published Reports and On-Demand Reporting in PAN: AASA District Test Coordinator, AASA School Test Coordinator, AASA District Report Only, and AASA School Report Only. The role of AASA School Test Administrator will not have access to Published Reports and On-Demand Reporting.
  • Users in any role will only have access to the highest level organization (school or district) they have permission to view. A user who should be able to view school-level data should be assigned either the AASA School Report Only or the AASA School Test Coordinator role, rather than a district role.
Important Dates
  • May 14, 2022 - Grade 3 Published Reports will be available in PAN, including Student Data Files.
  • May 25, 2022 - Grades 4-8 Published Reports will be available in PAN, including Student Data Files.
  • May 25, 2022 - On-Demand Reporting goes live in PAN.
  • May 25, 2022 - The AASA Parent Portal goes live. (Reminder: The Parent Portal is a new resource that will give parents access electronically to overall student results earlier than hard copies will be available; however, it is not a requirement to use for this year.)
  • May 31, 2022 - Deadline to add or edit AASA users in PAN.
  • June 15, 2022 - Paper copies of AASA score reports (grades 3-8) will be delivered to districts and charters.

Move On When Reading (MOWR)
MOWR will be featured on the AASA Grade 3 score reports and in the Student Data File. In order to determine whether third grade students met the MOWR requirements for promotion to the fourth grade, please complete the following:
  • Download the AASA Student Data File.
  • Filter the "Move On When Reading Requirement" column.
  • Any student who has an 'N' in this column did not meet the cut score for MOWR.
Reminder: The Grade 3 Oral Reading Fluency (ORF) test unit was field tested this year and will not appear on score reports, will not be included in the overall ELA score, and will not count for Move On When Reading in Spring 2022. The ORF test will be operational in Spring 2023.

AASA Writing Condition Codes
The following Writing Condition Codes may be found in the AASA Student Data File:
  • A = No Response
  • B = Not Enough Data
  • C = Prompt Copy Match
  • D = Duplicate Text
  • E = Nonspecific

AzSCI Reporting

Published Reports in PearsonAccessNext (PAN)
  • AzSCI results will be delayed due to this being the first operational administration. Achievement Level Standards/Performance Levels must be set through a summer educator committee and approved by the State Board before reports can be made available.
  • Published Reports will include the Student Data File (.txt format), Roster Reports (PDF), and Student Reports (PDF). On-Demand Reporting is not available for AzSCI.
  • The following user roles will have access to Published Reports in PAN: AzSCI District Test Coordinator, AzSCI School Test Coordinator, AzSCI District Report Only, and AzSCI School Report Only. The role of AzSCI School Test Administrator will not have access to Published Reports.

ACT Aspire Reporting

Information about ACT Aspire reporting is posted on the Aspire page of the ACT website, under Step 7: Interpretation.

Important Dates
  • May 23, 2022 - Published Reports will be available in PAN, including Student Data Files.
  • June 1, 2022 - Paper copies of ACT Aspire score reports will be delivered to districts and charters.

ACT Reporting

Information about ACT reporting is posted on the ACT website, under Step 7: Interpretation.

Students and schools receive hard copies of ACT score reports 5-8 weeks following testing. At the same time these hard copies are being delivered, scores are also flowing into ACT's reporting portal at success.act.org as they become available.

Final school and district data files for ACT will be available at success.act.org no later than June 23, 2022. Please see the ACT Score Report Schedule for additional information.
