Castle produces encouraging Ghana graphite concentrate results

Castle Minerals has moved a step closer to launching a drilling campaign at its Kambale graphite project in Ghana’ following recent encouraging initial metallurgical test work results. The company says preliminary test work on near-surface, weathered graphitic schists produced fine flake graphite concentrate grades of up to 96.4 per cent total carbon and average recoveries of 88 per cent via a conventional grind and flotation concentration process flow sheet. |

The pick of the recent drill hits was 27.4m at grades averaging 1.93 g/t gold and 0.22 per cent copper from 219.8m including 1m at 33.7 g/t gold and 0.93 per cent copper from 226.8m. |
