Dear player and any parent or guardian,

The Inspire team has been hard at work planning and organizing the training for the coming summer season for weeks. The number of registrations for training is enormous. That is of course very nice, but it does present logistical challenges for the planning and layout.

We previously indicated that we would have the layout for the new season ready around March 15. Although we have come a long way, we will not meet this date. The planning will therefore be emailed later, namely between 20 and 25 March. The layout is sent from OpenSpot, our administration system.

Possibly larger groups
In order to be able to complete the planning, we may have to make groups a bit larger. As an example: a group of 4 people is increased to 5 people. This means that the participants rotate among themselves, so that only 4 people participate each week. The price is of course adapted to the group size.

Indication of wider availability
We may not have enough space to place everyone in a fixed training group. To increase the chance of this, we would like to ask you to check your availability again. If you are available at more times than initially specified, you can indicate this in the form below. Thanks in advance! ⤵️

📅 START DATE

All summer training sessions start in the week of April 4.

Depending on the training location, we offer 16 or 17 training sessions in the period from April to September. With the exception of regular school holidays.

In the case of unplayable courses (rain), we try as much as possible to catch up with all training sessions within the period of the season. However, that is not always possible, which is why we give a guarantee of a minimum number of training sessions. Consult the location website for the amount we guarantee, you will find this in the conditions.

💵 PAYMENT

Payment for the training must be made before the first training. With a training amount of more than €500, it is possible to pay in installments. You can request this by email at admin@inspiretennisopleiding.nl.

You will receive an email with the layout and payment link from OpenSpot. We use this system for our administration. If you have not received an email after March 25, please email admin@inspiretennisopleiding.nl.
