Checking Your Adobe Connect Access
Dear Associate,

We are contacting you regarding your upcoming online standardisation meeting(s) which are due to take place on Adobe Connect. Please refer to your contract for confirmation of which meeting(s) are taking place on Adobe Connect.

We are currently in the process of sending out invites and we want to make sure that you have the correct level of access on our online training platform, Adobe Connect, prior to your standardisation taking place. Furthermore, we wanted to take this opportunity to remind all Associates about the importance of accepting the invites, prior to the event taking place.

If this is the first time you will be attending a meeting on Adobe Connect then you will have received an email inviting you to the platform earlier today.

Before your Adobe Connect online event, please visit our
Adobe Connect Test Environment and test your audio. You can log into the Test Environment using your Associate number and password. If this is the first time you have logged in, your password will be Password1. If you cannot remember your password, please use the “Forgotten Password” function on the log-in page.

Once you have logged in, you can test your audio by clicking on 'Meeting' in the top left corner, then selecting 'Audio Setup Wizard'.

If you experience any issues (e.g. microphone or speakers not working), please get in touch with the Associate Helpdesk by completing the following form, and the team will aim to contact you within two working days and support you with any technical problems.
