Dear Colleague,
I'm getting in touch to let you know that we are extending the deadline for completing the new Annual Quality Declaration (AQD) to 18 November.
We have been working hard to make the sharing function available to you, so where needed, you can collaborate with colleagues to complete this activity. This will be available from 11 November, and is the reason we have decided to extend the deadline.
The Quality Nominee (or person with current access) can share the AQD with colleagues:
- When logged into the AQD, click Return in the top left
- Select User Management and click Invite Users
- Enter your colleague’s email address; select Manager; click Send invitation. Your colleague can now also edit the AQD.
Please note, additional users can edit the online form, but only the original Manager can submit the AQD once complete.
The Higher National pages of the document will be available soon and will retain the deadline of 24 February 2023.
