Springtime in Cabo
Club Cascadas has been running almost 100% occupancy all winter as members and guests come down to escape the cold and enjoy the beauty of Cabo. We anticipate high occupancy through the spring considering there are three buildings undergoing renovations, but we have a few villas open for rent if you can get away. Contact the rental office on site for availability and special member rates. And if you are a member that can’t use

Pickleball
If you haven’t been to the Club lately, the sports court was re-configured to allow two games to be played at the same time. If you haven’t tried Pickleball, Club Cascadas is a great place to start. Plenty of members and guests to play with and equipment can be checked out at the front desk at no cost.
Please make sure to sign up to ensure your playing time. The available hours for playing pickleball are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. |
Smoking Ban in Mexico
In compliance to the new law that enforces a large amount of restrictions, the
Club has set up two smoking area with shade, ashtrays and mandatory signage in
the parking lot with a palapa cover and cushions. |
Grocery Delivery Service
Many of our members and guests take
advantage of the pre-arrival grocery delivery service. After a long day of travel, it’s a really nice treat to walk into your villa stocked with snacks and drinks to get your

Renovation Update
Progress continues on buildings 16 and 18. Building 17 will close for renovation starting on April 27, 2023 and Building 18 is scheduled to be completed by the end of June 2023.
All of us at Cascadas want to thank our members and guests for their patience and understanding as each villa is renovated.
Remember, there were no air conditioners in the original Cascadas. No microwaves. No internet. All of this requires extensive improvements behind the scenes, in
addition to what you see in your villa and the sturdy construction materials used in each building. To accomplish a total enhancement of our 30-year-old resort with NO special assessment of the members and NO dues increase in 7 years is unheard of. |

Next year, as previously announced, Club Cascadas is finally taking a break from construction. It will be a year for all of us to relax and enjoy the hard work that’s been put in to create a new and wonderful Club Cascadas de Baja that we can all be proud of for many years to come. |
Membership Sales
2023 sales are off to a great start. 65 sales in 8 weeks! We are experiencing strong demand and fortunately, very few members who need to sell. We have a great selection of weeks in the brand new two-bedroom villas with elevator access in Buildings 16 and 17 that are presently scheduled to be finished by year end. |

Charity Event at Club Cascadas
On April 22, 2023, the Club is scheduled to host an event at the restaurant to hold a
fundraiser with the participation of a group of musicians named ‘Pescado Loco’, who are donating the performance for a good cause in collaboration with PET (dedicated to pet adoption and spay/neuter programs), which is known by many of our Members. |
