Pike, Anishinaabekwe from Henvey Inlet First Nation, has heard countless stories from Indigenous patients of the injustices they experienced while receiving care in hospital-based settings. So, she set out to help fix the system. She talks about her new role and what she’s learned over her 33-year career in Indigenous health.
