MYUI EMPLOYER+ IS LIVE!

ACTION REQUIRED:
Activate Your MyUI Employer+ Account
NOTE: The login information you used to access the old system will not work in MyUI Employer+. You will need to create new login credentials during the registration process.

You should have received your MyUI Employer+ activation email, the subject line of the email is "Activate Your Unemployment Insurance Employer Account." Please click the link in that email in order to complete your one-time activation process to access the new MyUI Employer+ system. Your activation link is only valid for 14 days.

The UI Division has created a number of resources to help you access the new system, and manage your account.

Where Is My Activation Information?

Employers with an active UI account will receive an activation link or activation code from the UI Division, depending on your indicated communication preferences. Employers with mail preferences will receive an activation code delivered by USPS. Employers with email preferences will receive their activation link by

  • If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder.
  • If you have multiple businesses with UI accounts, you will receive multiple emails with verification links — do not use the same verification link to activate multiple businesses.
  • If your preferred method is US mail, the activation code may take several days to get to you.
  • If you do not receive a link or activation code by October 9th, please contact Employer Services at 303-318-9100.

If you use a TPA or payroll service provider:
  • Your TPA cannot activate your account for you.
  • Once your employer account has been activated, you can find resources to help you assign a TPA to your account on the MyUI Employer+ resources page.

Non-Electronic Communication Waivers

Employers and TPAs will be required to file UI documents, reports, and other correspondences electronically. Employers with limited to no internet access, insufficient computer equipment or lack of other necessary technology, or other good causes which will be reviewed at the discretion of the Division, must submit a request for a Non-Electronic Communication Waiver. See how to apply for a waiver using this resource.
