Open Enrollment Runs Through November
2024 Open Enrollment for the UUA Health and Dental Insurance Plans, as well as for the Hospital Indemnity Plan, is taking place from November 1 to 30. Employees scheduled to work at least 750 hours per year (about 15 hours/week) and are on payroll for at least a year are eligible for UUA insurance plans. As a reminder, hours worked at multiple participating congregations are combined for eligibility purposes.
Premiums and benefits for the Dental Plan will remain constant for 2024. (There's no Open Enrollment for Life Insurance or Long-Term Disability, but rates and benefits for those plans will stay the same, as well.)

Part of this communication is dedicated to explaining the increase to UUA Health Plan rates for 2024. (While rates are changing, our comprehensive, values-based benefits will all continue unchanged.)
