The City of Edmonton and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 30 reached a tentative agreement following months of productive negotiations. The next step is for CUPE Local 30 to hold a ratification vote with members. Out of respect for this process, we will not be providing further details until the ratification process is complete.
Both parties are pleased to have reached a tentative agreement that provides fair and equitable compensation for CUPE Local 30 members while considering the sustainability of City finances.
