Dear Colleague,
I’m getting in touch ahead of the 21 March entry deadline for BTEC Firsts, Nationals, and Technicals to ensure you have all the support you need to make your summer entries on time. Meeting this deadline is crucial so we can confirm that your learners are on track to receive their results in August 2025.

VQ Learner Tracker
To help you manage entries smoothly, please use the VQ Learner Tracker to check which learners require an entry. If any learners are no longer completing their qualification in summer 2025, please ensure you remove their tag, helping us maintain a shared view of your learners expecting to receive a result.
Remember, although the VQ Learner Tracker updates daily, submitted EDI files can take up to 5 working days to process. As long as you submit your file by the entry deadline, you won’t be charged any late fees for your entries. |
