Friends,
We’re only a few days into April and Chris Carr is already making headlines—fighting crime, defending common sense, and protecting Georgia families.
Here are 3 big things you should know:
1. Targeting Violent Venezuelan Gangs & Child Sex Traffickers
Chris Carr continues to lead the fight to keep Georgia families safe. He recently secured a major victory in the U.S. Supreme Court to ensure violent Tren de Aragua gang members—noncitizens tied to brutal criminal networks—can be deported, and he obtained a 20-year sentence for a convicted trafficker and gang member in Gwinnett County. Carr is also leading a bipartisan coalition to shut down illegal prison cell phones that fuel gang violence behind bars.
2. Standing Up to the Biden-Abrams Agenda
The Department of Justice just dropped its lawsuit targeting Georgia’s election integrity law—a politically charged case pushed by Stacey Abrams and her allies. Georgia taxpayers were left to cover the cost of defending our state against a case driven by Washington politics and Stacey Abrams' campaign playbook. Chris Carr stood firm, defended Georgia’s laws, and delivered a win for voters. It’s just the latest proof that when he takes on Washington, Georgia wins.
3. Protecting Taxpayers & Defending Common Sense
Chris Carr is fighting to stop taxpayer-funded transgender surgeries for inmates—because Georgians shouldn’t be forced to pay for radical policies. This is one of more than 50 legal actions Carr has taken to protect common sense from the far left’s progressive transgender ideology.
