Achievement District Test Coordinator
Updates - May 8, 2025
Achievement District Test Coordinators,

As we prepare for Spring 2025 reports to be published, please note the following:
  • The Achievement Assessments Reporting infographic provides all of the reporting dates in one location.
  • An email will be sent to AASA District Test Coordinators on May 15 when the Grade 3 electronic reporting files are published in PearsonAccess Next and ready to download. Please be aware they may not be published until the afternoon of May 15.
  • There have been changes to the AASA Student Data File layout for Spring 2025 (from the Spring 2024 layout), including additional columns for reporting groups, cluster reporting information, and Oral Reading Fluency scoring.
  • AASA Grade 3 Student Data Files will be unavailable in PearsonAccess Next May 19-23, 2025. When the Student Data Files become available again on May 23, 2025, they will include Grades 3-8. Grade 3 PDF reports will continue to be available throughout this time.
Achievement Assessments Training Modules to be Retired

Spring 2025 Achievement Assessments training modules will be retired June 30, 2025, and will be removed from AzLMS. Please instruct staff to download completion certificates and badges in AzLMS prior to June 30.
