These events are a great opportunity to meet other local quality nominees, share ideas, and pick up practical tips to help you in your role. |

We’re covering everything from the latest updates on Level 3 reform, effective approaches to strengthen quality assurance monitoring, guidance on the 2025/26 BTEC quality assurance cycle, and best practices for managing AI misuse and using AI responsibly. Plus, we’ve built in plenty of time to network, share best practice and learn from each other.

We’re particularly looking forward to meeting QNs at the next events in Swansea on 14 May and Cornwall on 21 May – places for these two are limited so please book soon so you don’t miss out!

The 15 May deadline to submit your first samples to your standards verifiers is fast approaching.
If you've not uploaded your samples yet, please work with your lead internal verifiers and the standards verifiers to make sure you meet the deadline.
We're here and ready to help. Let us know if there's been any delay in reports being shared, a breakdown in communication, or if you just need help meeting the deadline.
Once you’ve submitted your samples, the final stage of the standards verification process will be downloading the reports and using these when reviewing your programme quality assurance and planning for improvements for the next cycle. |
Thank you to those of you at centres we asked to complete their cohort confirmation by 2 May. We asked your exams officers to share a final confirmation of your summer cohorts, and we know your support was invaluable.
Completing this activity means we now have a full and accurate view of learners expecting results this summer and will help to make sure they get their results on time. Those results will mean they can take their next steps into careers and further education. |
This time of year is a great chance for your teams to catch up on internal CPD training. We’ve seen some familiar questions coming through during the standards verification process, and we’ve got a great range of bitesize videos to help develop your teams’ knowledge.
