In our recent teach-in on Noncooperation with Trump, we touched on many essential pillars of free societies and of liberatory movements - including, the media. We're back with a follow up event digging in to this urgent topic...

What can ordinary, busy people do about a U.S. government and society quickly swinging toward fascism? What is independent media and why does it matter? Why and how do authoritarians repress independent media? How does media affect you, your community, and social change? What can you do to recognize and counter propaganda?

We will hear from a diverse panel, engage in a skill share on how to develop your critical media literacy with ZNet editors, and have time for Q&A.

Come to the teach-in on May 29th!
