First lots ready for sale in Goodridge Corners

The first public sale process for residential lots in Edmonton’s newest neighbourhood, Goodridge Corners, starts today.

At 132 Street and 185 Avenue NW, Goodridge Corners will be a compact and walkable neighbourhood that prioritizes the environment, a healthy lifestyle and diverse housing options. The neighbourhood plan emphasizes pedestrian and cycling connectivity with a network of paths and green spaces. The development requires builders to follow Built Green Canada standards, an industry standard program for energy-efficient and environmentally responsible construction.

Forty-one single detached lots are available in this stage of sales, with a mix of front drive and lane access available. Lot prices start at $152,000. Learn more and register your interest at

Interested applicants can enter a draw for the right to purchase one of the 41 lots available. The deadline to enter the draw is Sunday, June 8 at 11:59 p.m. We will contact successful applicants following the draw.

Previous lot draws for other City neighbourhood developments have attracted strong interest, with over 10,000 public applicants. The City encourages those who are interested to apply. If applicants are not successful in this stage, future stages will be available in the coming years as we continue building the neighbourhood.
