Achievement District Test Coordinator
Updates and Reminders - June 4, 2025
AASA Summary Cluster Performance Reports

The new AASA Summary Cluster Performance Reports (PDF) are now available in PearsonAccess Next at Reports >> Published Reports. Reports are available by grade level for ELA and Math for both online and paper test forms.

Paper Copies of Student Reports

Paper copies of AASA, AzSCI, and ACT Aspire student reports will be delivered to districts and charters on or before June 12, 2025. Two paper copies will be provided. One copy is to be placed in the student's secure cumulative file, and the other copy is to be provided to parents/guardians. For AASA and AzSCI, a Family Report Guide is also provided for each student in the reports shipment. Paper copies of ACT reports have already been delivered directly to schools (not to district offices).

Corrections Application

Any AASA, AzSCI, ACT Aspire, or ACT test records with an unmatched student name, date of birth, or SSID must be reviewed and matched in the ADEConnect Corrections Application by the Achievement District Test Coordinator. Please review and correct any test records in the Corrections Application by June 30, 2025, so the records can be included in Accountability processes.

To review and update test record demographics in the Corrections Application, you must have the "Achievement District Test Coordinator" role in ADEConnect. Access the Corrections Application by: logging into ADEConnect > View Applications > Assessments Corrections > Student Demographic Corrections or by: logging into ADEConnect > View Applications > File Metrics > Student Demographic Corrections.

Achievement Assessments Training Modules to be Retired

Spring 2025 Achievement Assessments training modules will be retired June 30, 2025, and will be removed from AzLMS. Please download completion certificates and badges in AzLMS prior to June 30.

ACT PearsonAccess Next Update

The transition from ACT PearsonAccess Next to ACT Now has been delayed until Spring 2027. We had previously announced that the ACT PearsonAccess Next site would be retired on September 1, 2025; however, ACT has determined that additional time is necessary before Arizona moves to ACT Now. Therefore, Arizona will continue to utilize the ACT PearsonAccess Next platform in the 2025-2026 school year.
