5 June 2025
Dear Colleague,

The 5 July BTEC claiming deadline might feel a way off, but now’s the perfect time to get ahead  - and we’re here to show you how. To make sure your learners receive their results on time this August, by 5 July you need to:
  • submit all internally assessed grades
  • complete your  BTEC full award claims and BTEC Tech Award cash-ins
  • resolve any outstanding actions in the VQ Learner Tracker.
This year, you’ll be using the VQ Learner Tracker to stay on track and spot any actions you need to take ahead of the deadline. And while the 5 July falls on a Saturday this year, the deadline remains the same.

Pledge to complete by 5 July

If you want to tell us you’re on track to make your claims by 5 July, you can submit a pledge through our short form. This way we’ll know you don’t need any additional support from us until closer to the deadline.

Join our webinars and get claim-ready

We’ll show you how to use the VQ Learner Tracker to spot what’s missing, take the right actions, and stay on track for results day. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
