Am I required to do anything?
This updated optional process is also available to Exams staff and Heads of Centres, however as these accounts are managed by Pearson you will need to submit a request for an alternative number to be added. We have now added a simple form to the Edexcel Online homepage, where you can request for an alternative number such as a mobile phone to be added to your account. You can also use the same form to request that a number be deleted or amended. You are not required to login to EOL especially to complete this, and can do so on your next visit.
If your mobile number is already listed on EOL you do not need to complete the form to confirm this. Please only fill in this form if you want to add or amend/delete an existing mobile number.
