Fall Welcome Week
August 21 to 24
This is a fun-filled week for ALL new Wilson students – first-year, transfer, residential, and commuter. The week includes events focused on wayfinding, academic success, and friendship building, all designed to ease your student into campus life. More information will be shared when details are finalized. |
At Wilson, student success is our primary focus. The ASC is available to supplement the classroom experience with tailored tutoring and action planning, so students achieve academic goals.
Building a resume and applying for jobs can be daunting. Our career center offers guidance and resources to support student internships and future employment opportunities.
We recognize that students have to balance a lot of change and responsibility while pursuing their degrees. That’s why we offer mental, physical, and spiritual health services, including counseling, medical, and chaplaincy support to nurture student wellness.
Wilson’s historic John Stewart Memorial Library, originally opened in 1925, offers study rooms, presentation space, and access to both digital and print research materials. In addition to its excellent learning spaces, the library provides each Wilson student with a personal librarian to assist them with their research. |

Financial Aid and Paying for College |
The leading concern of parents and students during their college search is cost. Wilson is proud to offer the unique benefits of a private education experience at a lower price than comparable public institutions. A dedicated financial aid team is available to help you, and your student, explore scholarships, work through FAFSA and loan applications, apply for work-study positions, and navigate other financial services. The best way to get started is to schedule an appointment with a representative from our Office of Student Financial Services. |
Wilson is located in a safe residential area of Chambersburg, Pa., and our 24-hour security staff, borough police partners, and trained Resident Assistants enable us to respond to any safety situation. Security beacons are located throughout campus, offering students peace of mind that immediate support is available with just the push of a button. For more detailed information about our safety policies and protocols, please visit our campus safety page. |
Formed by passionate parents who sought to enable students to succeed even further, the Wilson College Parents Council was created so parents and family members can be involved and informed participants in our community. If you are interested in having a greater voice in your student’s campus experience, join the council. |
Jensen Dining Hall is the main spot on campus for students to eat, hang out, and catch up with friends. The daily menus feature all-you-care-to-eat style meals that offer something for everyone.
The Cafe @ Sarah's Coffeehouse is a smaller, more intimate dining venue with a coffee shop and evening dining options in one of the student center’s lounges.
All Wilson dining options are run by SAGE Dining Services®. Students can view menus, ingredient lists, sort foods by allergens, and tag items as “favorites” by using the “Touch of SAGE” mobile app.
|
From advocacy groups to our dance ensemble, academic clubs to community service groups, students can extend their learning and experiences beyond the classroom. One of the benefits of our small, focused campus is that any student can champion a new club, receive funding, and build a new community of members. |
Stay up-to-date on all things Wilson!
