Edmonton Pride Parade is back!
August 21, 2025

Celebrate the return of Pride in the heart of downtown Edmonton. The Pride Parade will take place on Saturday, August 23 from 1 to 3 p.m.

The Edmonton Pride Parade is a free, family-friendly event that celebrates love, diversity and community spirit, and is part of the larger Edmonton Pride Festival. The vibrant celebration features over 1,500 participants, bold colours and uplifting music, all designed to bring the community together in the spirit of inclusion. The parade will start in Churchill Square, wind its way through downtown, ending at Fan Park @ ICE District. The excitement will continue at the main stage, where attendees can enjoy live music, high-energy performances, a Pride-themed marketplace and more!

Please be advised that full road closures along the parade route will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m. The City anticipates a large turnout for the parade. Due to the extensive road closures in the area, residents and visitors are strongly encouraged to use public transit or active modes of transportation such as shared e-bikes or e-scooters.
