Complete your Edexcel Online account confirmation

Dear Colleague,
It's time for your head of centre to complete your centre’s Edexcel Online account confirmation and accept our updated terms and conditions. The deadline to complete both is 28 October, and as you have control of your centre accounts, it’s likely they’ll need your help. |
What do I need to do?
Please work with your head of centre to check and update your centre’s Edexcel Online accounts. This includes making sure everyone who needs access or who we might need to contact has an account, including: |
- Exams and admin staff
- Your head of centre
- A named quality nominee (if you’re delivering vocational qualifications)

- Heads of department, programme leads, and any teaching staff who might need access to student records and mark submissions.
- A named finance officer

Once you’re both confident they’re accurate, your head of centre will need to access the Edexcel Online account confirmation to confirm that to us and to accept our updated terms and conditions. As exams staff, you can access this too, but only your head of centre can complete it. |
Need to make changes?
To help you tidy up, we’ve recently emailed all users who haven’t logged in for at least the last 12 months to ask if they still need their accounts. We’ll delete any accounts with no response by 29 September, so please remind your colleagues if you think they might still need their accounts. You can also delete any accounts that aren’t needed anymore.
If you need to make any changes to exams staff or head of centre accounts, we'll need to do it for you. Complete our online form and we’ll arrange a secure call-back with you.
