The City of Edmonton’s Monthly Payment Plan (MPP) enables residential property owners to pay their property taxes monthly, rather than in one annual payment every June. The MPP offers property owners a convenient and reliable automatic withdrawal service on the first of each month, eliminating the risk of late or forgotten payments.
To avoid making up missed payments and paying a service fee, property owners are encouraged to join the MPP before December 15 for the upcoming tax year (January 1 to December 31), with payments beginning January 1, 2026. For convenience, property owners can log in to their MyProperty online account to download application forms pre-filled with their property information.
