Achievement District Test Coordinators,
New ACT Aspire tutorial videos have been published on the Pearson-hosted ACT Aspire support webpage for the following PearsonAccess Next tasks.
- Inviting Users
- Managing and Registering Students
- Creating Reporting Groups
- Creating Personal Needs Profile
- Summative Reports
Students have been uploaded to the PearsonAccess Next (PAN) sites for ACT Aspire and ACT. Test Coordinators should now verify the enrollment lists for these assessments and begin adding any students who were missed in the state uploads to the platform. Use the eligibility reports available in ADEConnect to confirm a student's cohort prior to adding the student to PAN.
- For ACT Aspire, Cohort 2029 students may be added manually or through a file upload. Refer to the ACT Aspire Test Coordinator Manual and the "Managing Students" resources posted on the ACT Aspire support webpage for detailed steps to add students to PAN.
- For ACT, submit a support request to ACT to add Cohort 2027 students to PAN using ACT's Enroll or Unenroll Students form, which is available in PAN under Support > Documentation. More information about submitting an ACT support request is available on the ACT website under Step 2: Configuration.
The AzSCI PAN site will open for Spring 2026 test administration tasks on Wednesday, January 28. Refer to the AzSCI DTC Checklist for additional information.
