City seeks ideas for infrastructure partnership opportunities |
February 20, 2026
Edmonton is growing quickly and its population is expected to double in the coming decades. The City is preparing for this growth by building with purpose and exploring innovative partnership opportunities to deliver quality services and infrastructure that enriches the community.
The City is seeking proposals for innovative ideas related to infrastructure and services through a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI). Through these partnerships, the City and its partners can further support the community and the health and safety of Edmontonians.
The RFEOI has been posted on Ariba for the following sites: Woodcroft Library, Cumberland and Big Lake Fire Stations, Windermere North Transit Centre and City arena facilities.
Questions about the RFEOI, which can be accessed through Alberta Purchasing Connections (APC), are accepted only through Ariba until March 26, 2026. The City is planning to host a virtual information session in March where potential partners can ask questions and learn more about the projects and partnership types. Sign-up information will be shared on Ariba. The deadline for submissions for the RFEOI is April 2, 2026. |
