Updates and Reminders - April 9, 2026
Achievement District Test Coordinators (DTCs),

The Paper-Based Testing windows for AASA and ACT Aspire are now closed. Scorable and Nonscorable materials, including for Special Paper Version tests, must be returned to Pearson now. The standard time paper test dates for ACT have also closed. Standard paper testing materials from Test Window 2 must be returned to ACT for scoring now.

The following Computer-Based Testing windows close on Friday, April 10, including the transfer of any Special Paper Version test responses into TestNav. 
  • AzSCI Grades 5, 8, and 11 (Cohort 2027)
  • AASA Writing Grades 3-8
  • AASA Oral Reading Fluency Grade 3
Any remaining ACT testing must be completed in the online test format no later than Friday, April 17.

AASA Computer-Based Testing Reading and Math test units and ACT Aspire Computer-Based Testing (all units) must be completed no later than Friday, April 24.

Per Arizona state policy, test windows will not be extended.
Achievement Assessments Office Hours

The Achievement Assessments team will be holding an optional office hours session on Wednesday, April 15, 1:00-1:30pm. The topic will be "Complete Testing and Next Steps." A registration link is provided below. A Teams meeting invitation will be sent to all registered attendees prior to the office hours session.
