Time to tee off! City driving range opens for the 2026 season |

The City of Edmonton, in partnership with pro shop contractors and food services providers, welcomes golfers back to municipal courses for the 2026 season. City-owned golf courses belong to all Edmontonians and offer a range of options for all skill levels. Playing at a municipal course supports a vibrant city and a high quality of life by making golf more accessible, regardless of experience. Golfers are invited to enjoy some of the best greens and views in Edmonton in a safe and welcoming environment designed to build confidence and provide opportunities to relax, connect and socialize.
Victoria Driving Range
- Victoria Driving Range opens Friday, April 17 and will operate from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. until the start of May.
- Beginning Friday, May 1, operating hours will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Friday and 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends.
Opening dates for Riverside, Rundle and Victoria golf courses will be announced soon. Staff are preparing the greens for the upcoming season!
Tee times and lessons
Tee times and lessons for youth and adults can be booked at Move.Learn.Play. Edmontonians can visit edmonton.ca/Golf for special offers, including the Golf Rewards card, as well as updates and information on lessons and programs. Follow City of Edmonton Golf Courses on Instagram for the latest events and updates from the courses and driving range.
Riverside Golf Course construction
Beginning in June 2026, construction at Riverside Golf Course will result in periodic disruptions. Work will include upgrades to the irrigation system and other infrastructure improvements across the facility. Once construction begins, one hole will be closed for work each week, with a temporary hole in place from Monday to Friday.
