Child and Youth Safety in UU Communities
The UUA’s Spring Religious Education Meet-Up will focus on child and youth safety. The Religious Education Professionals training was held in April. A shorter format, lay leader training is upcoming (open to religious professionals and ministers too!). This gathering will review UUA suggestions for policies and practices to create a safer congregation for all ages. Select between two meeting time options:
  • Thursday, May 14 froim 7:00 to 8:00pm ET
  • Tuesday, May 19 from 10:00 to 11:00pm ET
Registration (Wufoo) is free and required.
On-going Events
Text in orange and white: The Gathering, fortifying ourselves for the long road ahead; second Monday of every month 8pm ET / 5pm PT with the UUA and Side With Love logos in white and superimposed on an image of a group of people smiling.
Join Side With Love’s monthly event to strengthen your spirit, make sense of the threats to democracy, and take meaningful action alongside others! We have two live versions every month, and you can watch or share the recording with your congregation afterwards.

The Gathering is on the second Monday monthly at 8:00pm ET. Register for the upcoming event on Monday, May 11. This month join for What's Next After May Day? The Wednesday following, Now What will convene UU congregational staff and board members. Join Wednesday, May 13 from 1:00 to 2:15pm.

Congregational Leaders Conversation
This month join for Music in the Key of Liberation with Jen Hayman and Pablo Debuque on Tuesday, May 26 from 7:30 to 9:00pm ET.

Registration is free and required. Please note, registration is only required once for the series.

The Woodlands is a monthly online gathering designed for trans/nonbinary children, youth, and adults—as well as the parents and caregivers of trans people. The next gathering is on Sunday, May 3 at 4:00pm ET. Registration is required. Find out more on the UUA website.
Congregationally Affirmed Minister's Gathering
Formerly the Non-Fellowshipped Minister's Group, this monthly gathering is for ministers who are serving Unitarian Universalist congregations that do not currently hold Fellowship from the UUA and is open to congregational ministers from all five UUA Regions. The final gathering for this church year will convene on Tuesday, May 12 from 3:00 to 4:00pm ET. Registration is free and required.

UU Mental Health Network: Our Faith Calls Us to Embrace Mental Health Worship
The UU Mental Health Network invites you to join for an online worship service on Sunday, May 31 at 6:00pm ET: Our Faith Calls Us to Embrace Mental Health featuring speakers UUA President Rev. Dr. Sofía Betancourt and UUA Director of Congregational Life Natalie Aguila Briscoe. Registration (Zoom) is free and required.
