This is a reminder to upload your BTEC Tech Award students’ work to Learner Work Transfer by Friday 15 May for the summer series.

Uploading on time means you avoid delaying moderation or assessment.

What you need to do for Pearson-set assignments

For your Pearson-set assignments, you need to enter all your marks on Edexcel Online if you haven’t already; you’ll only be able to see the list of students selected for sampling once you’ve submitted marks for all students. You then need to upload the work selected for the sample to Learner Work Transfer by the end of this Friday.

You’ll receive your initial moderator feedback reports by 15 June. If you want to, you can amend internal assessment marks in line with that feedback up to 26 June. 

What you need to do for external assessments

If you have students with component 3 entries in Art & Design Practice, Creative Media Production, Music Practice or Performing Arts, you’ll need to upload their work to Learner Work Transfer by the end of this Friday so it can be assessed.
