What Crews Will Be Doing
During this phase, crews will perform:
  • Utility Marking: Temporary paint, flags, or stakes will mark underground utilities near streets, sidewalks, and landscaped areas. Please do not move these markings because they help crews work safely and accurately.
  • Potholing: Small test holes will be made in the roadway to confirm utility locations and soil conditions. Holes will be filled the same day with asphalt or dirt.

This work will occur weekdays between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
  • No action is needed from you
  • Your water service will remain on during this preconstruction work
  • Access to homes and driveways will be maintained
  • Expect temporary noise, dust, and minor vibrations
  • Short-term parking restrictions or temporary staging of trucks and equipment
  • Possible brief traffic delays near active work areas

  • No permanent digging or changes to your property
