ETS Football Park & Ride is back May 29
May 20, 2026

Get ready for kick-off! Edmonton Elks fans can once again use their game-day tickets to access Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) on their way to and from home games at Commonwealth Stadium this season. ETS Football Park & Ride starts on May 29, for the Edmonton Elks pre-season game against the Calgary Stampeders, and continues for home games throughout the season.

Game-day tickets can be used as fare for Park & Ride service, as well as on regular bus or LRT service for two hours before, during and two hours after the game ends.

Starting two hours before game-time, Football Park & Ride buses will operate from these locations:
  • Eaux Claires Lot: 97 Street and 157 Avenue
  • Lewis Farms: 1021 Webber Greens Drive
    • Note: this location has limited parking spots due to Valley Line West LRT construction
  • NAIT Lots A/B and D: 109 Street and 118 Avenue
    • Note: There is a $6 parking cost at these lots.
  • Nakî Transit Centre (St. Albert): 15520 Campbell Road
Note: The NAIT Park & Ride lot will not be available for the game on May 29.

Fans can also take the LRT to cheer on the Elks, with several LRT stations offering free and paid Park & Ride lots. Riders can take the Capital Line LRT to Stadium Station, which is located near Commonwealth Stadium. Elks fans on the south side can take the Valley Line Southeast LRT to Churchill Station and then transfer to the Capital Line. Valley Line Southeast and Capital Line trains will run at regular service frequency on Elks home game days. Visit

Bus routes 2 and 101 can also take riders to the Stadium Transit Centre. Route 3 will use a temporary stop near Commonwealth Stadium on 86 Street/112 Avenue, as this route detours from Stadium Transit Centre on Edmonton Elks home game days. Plan your trip using the trip planner at
edmonton.ca/Transit.

Know Before You Go to Commonwealth Stadium:

All guests are encouraged to arrive and enter Commonwealth Stadium early to go through security screening lines. Gates will open 60 minutes prior to game time. The clear bag policy is in effect.

There will also be supervised bike parking at the northeast corner of Clarke Stadium (which is located southwest of Commonwealth Stadium). Signs will guide you to the drop-off and pick-up location.

Please note parking restrictions in neighbourhoods around the stadium will be in effect for game days. When restrictions are in place, only residents with valid parking permits can park on the streets in those areas.
