Dear Valued Customer,
The water service to your home will be temporarily shut off for 1 hour between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. During this time, no water will be available for use from your faucets, showers, toilets, or appliances that use water, like dishwashers and washing machines.
This shutoff will allow the contractor working for Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD), your drinking water provider, to connect your new water service line to the newly installed water main. Your service line is a smaller underground pipe that connects from the main to your water meter and brings water from the main to your home.
Because each home will be connected one at a time to the new main, the contractor can't provide an exact shutoff time. Instead, the contractor will knock on your door before temporarily turning off your water for about one hour.
