Dear Valued Customer,

During the week of July 13, 2026, the contractor for Tualatin Valley Water District's (TVWD) Todd Street and Linda Lane Water Main Replacement Project is scheduled to pave the sections of SW Todd Street, SW Linda Lane, and SW 137th, 138th, and 139th Avenues impacted by excavation during the water main replacement project.

This work will cause temporary traffic delays and increased construction activity throughout the neighborhood. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
