Dear reader,
What a wonderful EULAR Congress it was. EULAR PARE had a strong presence throughout this flagship event, demonstrating the visibility, influence and value of the lived experience perspective. In this issue, we look back at some of the highlights, hear from one of our PARE reporters, and explore some of our other initiatives. As summer begins, I hope you can all enjoy a well-deserved break and some time to recharge before what will be a packed autumn agenda. ~ By Simon Stones, EULAR PARE Committee Chair

| | Bringing the Patient Voice to EULAR TV EULAR 2026 marked the first year that EULAR PARE representatives joined the EULAR TV reporters team, with Michael Pölzl and Wendy Wagenaar taking on this role. They interviewed speakers, hosted TV breakfast segments, and put a particular spotlight on PARE sessions. It was a great success, bringing real value both personally and to EULAR.
