Westbound Yellowhead Trail between St. Albert Trail and 97 Street has reopened following the completion of emergency repairs to flood damage caused by recent heavy rains.
The City thanks EPCOR, contractors and city crews for their work to safely reopen this important transportation corridor. The City also thanks Edmontonians for their patience and understanding while repairs were completed.
Heavy rainfall can result in localized flooding. Motorists are encouraged to check conditions before travelling and follow the City’s social media channels for real-time updates.
