Dear Valued Customer,

Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD), your drinking water provider, has completed the water infrastructure portion of the
184th Avenue Water Main Replacement Project

Temporary Asphalt Patches
Temporary asphalt patches have been applied to areas of SW Monte Verdi Blvd., SW Lapaz Ct., SW 184th Ave., SW 184th Pl., and SW Burns Ridge Ct. where sections of the new main were installed and connected. If you notice any wear or damage to these patches, please contact TVWD for an assessment and potential replacement.

Next Step: Paving
Later in 2026, a contractor will remove the temporary patches and proceed with permanently paving the impacted streets.

Paving will only take place in areas of the streets where recent water main installation occurred. The entire streets will not be repaved.

You will be notified in advance of paving dates, if possible. Your water service will not be interrupted during paving.
