Dear Valued Customer,

Next week on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, water service to your home at 19185 SW Suncrest Lane will be temporarily turned off for 2 hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

During this time, no water will be available for use from your faucets, showers, toilets, or appliances that use water, like dishwashers and washing machines.

This temporary shutoff will allow Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD), your drinking water provider, to move the water meter that serves your home. Your water meter is currently located east of your home, on the east side of SW 190th Avenue. The meter will be moved to the north side of SW Suncrest Lane, in the public right of way near your property.

Having your water meter closer to your home makes it easier for TVWD to:
  • Read and maintain your meter.
  • Access the meter when repairs or other work are needed.
  • Locate and shut off your water service during an emergency.
There is no cost to you for this work. Moving the meter will not affect your water pressure or the reliability of your water service.

Please review the information below to understand what to expect and how to prepare for the 2 hour water service shutoff.
