Dear Valued Customer,
The temporary water service shutoff originally scheduled for Monday, August 31, has been rescheduled to overnight on Tuesday, September 1, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m.
During this time, no water will be available for use from your faucets, showers, toilets, or appliances that use water, like dishwashers and washing machines.
The work has been rescheduled to overnight hours to minimize disruptions to customers and reduce impacts to daytime activities.
This temporary shutoff will allow Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD), your drinking water provider, to complete the disconnection and abandonment of the water main that previously served water to the area from the water system.
Please review the information below to understand what to expect and how to prepare for the overnight shutoff. We apologize for the schedule change and any inconvenience this may cause.
