Our bakers are kicking off September with something hearty, rustic, and loaded with flavor. Toasted sunflower, sesame, and flax seeds give our Rustic Seeded Sourdough its wonderful nuttiness and texture, while a touch of rye flour adds another layer of depth. We let the dough ferment overnight, giving all that goodness plenty of time to get even better before it hits the oven.
