Dear Colleague,

I am getting in touch to let you know that we will be using our Learner Work Transfer (LWT) system in the summer 2024 series to manage the submission of learners' work for Unit 1 of the BTEC National in Art & Design: Visual Recording & Communications (31827H). You will no longer be required to upload learner work to SharePoint or send in physical work.

LWT ensures learner data is as protected and secure as possible. It will be familiar to many of you as a system you’ve used for standards verification, for our general qualifications and for many of our BTEC Firsts and Nationals in the January 2024 series.

You will access LWT through Edexcel Online, so please take the time before the summer series to ensure that all members of staff at your centre who are involved in the administration and delivery of this unit have Edexcel Online access. You can find step-by-step guidance on creating Edexcel Online accounts on our support portal.
