FY25-35 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)

The CIP is the County’s 10-year plan for building, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing County facilities and infrastructure, from parks and community centers to technology systems, water, sewer, stormwater, transportation infrastructure, and more. The guiding principles for the proposed plan are:

• Meeting our regional and regulatory obligations
• Maintaining the County’s existing assets
• Supporting the environment
• Focusing on community resiliency across many service areas
• Responding to emerging service demands and maintaining flexibility in rapidly changing circumstances
• Bolstering financial sustainability

Our School Board proposes the Schools CIP for our review.
