Achievement Assessments Spring 2025 Training Modules

Spring 2025 training modules are now available in the Arizona Learning Management System (AzLMS). Please see the Achievement Assessments Training Requirements for information about each training module to be completed by each user role.

New DTCs: Achievement District Test Coordinators who have never accessed the AzLMS would have received a Welcome Email from "Adobe Learning Manager" (admin@adobelearningmanager.com) when they were first set up as the Achievement District Test Coordinator. The Welcome Email provides instructions for setting up and accessing your AzLMS account. Please also check your spam or junk folder for the email. If you have difficulty locating the Welcome Email or accessing your AzLMS account, please contact us at Testing@azed.gov

Achievement District Test Coordinators and staff who had an AzLMS account last year and are in the same district or charter this school year, or who have a current AzLMS account for AZELLA, will continue to use the same account.

District Test Coordinators have two user roles in their AzLMS accounts - Learner and Manager. District Test Coordinators must complete trainings under the Learner role in order for the training completion to be captured. Be sure to click through the final slide, including the final "Next" button, after the Knowledge Check at the end of each module so that training completion is recorded. District Test Coordinators will use the Manager role to run reports to track training completion for other testing staff in the district or charter.

Achievement District Test Coordinators should complete all required training modules no later than February 21, 2025, and must complete the required training modules in the AzLMS system. All other testing staff must be trained prior to administering any tests. It is recommended that testing staff complete required training modules, according to their user roles, in the AzLMS for tracking purposes. However, Achievement District Test Coordinators may choose to present the required training modules to staff in a group setting outside of AzLMS. Whether testing staff complete training in AzLMS or outside of AzLMS, Achievement District Test Coordinators are responsible for tracking staff completion of training.

Testing staff who do not already have an AzLMS account must be invited to create their account using one of the user role specific links below. District Test Coordinators will need to send the appropriate link to testing staff before staff can complete training modules in AzLMS.
When users log into their AzLMS account the first time, they will need to select their district and school (if applicable) for them to appear on the DTC's manager reports.

In addition to the Achievement training modules, there are two AzLMS trainings available in AzLMS - Using the LMS Learner Portal and Managing Learners in the LMS. These LMS trainings should be completed first. We recommend utilizing the LMS Staff Report Job Aid, available within the Managing Learners in the LMS training, when tracking staff training completion.

As an additional resource, Pearson has scheduled the following AzLMS Office Hours sessions:
