We heard your concerns: ad-blockers and strict firewalls were limiting Kibu’s ability to track video usage accurately. That didn’t sit right with us, so we made a solution!

Your Kibu Analytics page (app.kibuhq.com/dashboard/data) is now powered by a more resilient tracking system! 🎉 No updates are needed on your end—just keep using Kibu as usual.

This improvement currently applies to web browsers. Updates for the Firestick app are in progress and coming soon!

🪄 Teach the Magic Pen!
Remember the Magic Pen feature we dropped last month? Let me refresh your memory:
The Magic Pen is an AI-powered tool that allows Kibu users to transform their quick and dirty Quick Notes into polished, compliant notes!

We got feedback from customers that the Magic Pen wasn't translating certain slang/verbage from the Quick Notes into the final note well. You should be able to train the Magic Pen as you would train a new employee. 

So, we developed the Magic Pen Prompt. This allows organizations to provide context about their operations to Kibu. Here is an example:

  • Fixed an issue with searching members on a Quick Notes with a space character
  • Improved automatic stop timer (and moved cron jobs to central infrastructure)
  • Code cleanup and accessibility improvements.
