Use 311 if you see damage
If you see a downed tree, flooding, mudslide or any other non-911 damages, please let the City know through the
MyLA311 app or by calling 311. The faster you can let the City know, the faster it can be fixed.
Report power outages
If your power goes out, please call 1-800-DIAL-DWP or report them
here so crews can start fixing the problem as fast as possible.

to residents on a first-come, first served basis. Please click

Again, we do not know exactly how bad this storm will be but we all must take steps to be more prepared.
