Dear Valued Customer,
A land surveyor is currently in your neighborhood collecting important data to help design and plan for a future Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD) Water Pressure Regulator Vault Replacement Project.
What to Expect
- Surveyors will take measurements of streets, sidewalks, and other public areas, identify utilities, and mark pavement within public rights-of-way and easements.
- This work is non-intrusive – there will be no digging or disruption to your property.
- Surveyors will not need access to private property during this process.
- You may notice them using equipment such as tripods and measuring tools during normal working hours.
How to Prepare
At this stage, no action is needed from you. Once the design is complete and construction is scheduled, we will provide more details about any potential impacts to your property or water service. We will also share how you can sign up for project updates.
More about the Future Project
To ensure consistent and reliable water pressure in your neighborhood, TVWD is in the beginning stages of designing a replacement pressure regulator vault in your neighborhood.
Water pressure regulators help maintain safe and consistent water pressure in homes by controlling the pressure from the main water supply. This helps protect your plumbing and appliances from potential damage caused by high pressure.
