We emailed you yesterday with a reminder on the rules around the resubmission of assignments in BTEC Higher Nationals.
Read yesterday’s email if you missed it.
It’s important to clarify that, while a student can be allowed one resubmission opportunity if their assignment does not pass after the first assessment, this is not mandatory. The decision on whether to allow a resubmission lies with the relevant programme leader or assessment board.
If the programme leader or assessment board do allow a resubmission, then the conditions detailed on pages 71–72 of our quality assurance and assessment guidance apply.
