In 2024 we introduced a change to make it easier to manage which centre staff can access results information on restricted results days and learner results days.

The introduction of a 'released results' profile meant those in a non authorised role such as Teachers and Heads of Department, can access all results information, but only from the published learner results days.

We understand that staff members can lose their phones or get new devices, at any time of the year. When this happens an MFA reset is required in order to authenticate a new device, and this requires us to complete a secure call back.

To make this easier during the summer holidays when staff members are not in centre, we have introduced an optional process to add a mobile number to an EOL account.

Thank you for all your hard work in getting your BTEC claims, BTEC Tech Award cash-ins, internal grades and all other outstanding actions resolved by 5 July. This means we have everything we need to make sure your learners are on track to get their results on time in August.

We know this was a big piece of work and you’ll have had help from your quality assurance and curriculum teams too, so thank you for making it happen. Please keep monitoring your summer 2025 cohort in the VQ Learner Tracker just in case any actions pop up.

We’re always looking to improve. If you’ve got a minute, we’d love to hear about your experience around the 5 July deadline.
Tell us how you got on

If you’ve still got outstanding actions past the deadline, we’ve emailed you separately. If you need any help to finish off your last actions, please contact us as soon as you can so we can help you.
If you’ve taken care of all your actions for your summer 2025 cohort, you’re all set for the release of results in August. You'll receive your Level 3 BTEC results under embargo on 6 August, giving you just over a week to check everything’s in order before you release results to your students on 14 August.

You’ll receive your Level 2 BTEC results under embargo on 15 August, again to give you extra time before releasing results to students on 21 August.
We’re running dedicated results webinars to cover everything you need to know about results. What to check beforehand, what to expect on the day, and what you might need to do afterwards. We’re running the same session twice, so book whichever best suits you. We looking forward to seeing you there.

If you want to receive overall results for BTEC Firsts, Nationals and L2 Technicals via EDI this summer, then you need to send us your BTEC EDI results request file.

The deadline to send us this request file was 31 May, so if you need to, please send us your request file as soon as possible to give us time to identify and solve any potential problems before results day.
You can now review our vocational qualification fees for 2025/26. We’re sharing these now to help you plan for September.

We are committed to continuing to provide value for money and vocational qualification fees cover much more than just assessment. You’ll find all the support and services that are included with your vocational qualification fees, in our VQ fees booklet.

If you have any questions about our vocational qualification fees, you can get in touch with us through the Pearson support portal.
The latest version of POP Offline is now available to download. You’ll need to download this new version by 10 July to avoid any issues when running exams.
