In 2024 we introduced a change to make it easier to manage which centre staff can access results information on restricted results days and learner results days.

The introduction of a 'released results' profile meant those in a non authorised role such as Teachers and Heads of Department, can access all results information, but only from the published learner results days.

We understand that staff members can lose their phones or get new devices, at any time of the year. When this happens an MFA reset is required in order to authenticate a new device, and this requires us to complete a secure call back.

To make this easier during the summer holidays when staff members are not in centre, we have introduced an optional process to add a mobile number to an EOL account.

To help you ensure your learners have the correct unit and cash-in entries for their intended International A Level Mathematics course, we are currently developing a new eligibility calculator.

This tool can be used before assessment commences to check which units are required for a specific cash-in or check which cash-in a learner may be eligible for based on the units they are completing. This will ensure the correct entries are made and avoid any potential issues with additional fees and the issuing of results.

We will be making this available once the window for January 2026 entries opens in September and will be in touch with more guidance nearer that time.
In lieu of the full 2025/26 key dates being made available, we have now published the key dates for the November 2025 GCSE and International GCSE exam series.

The Provisional timetables for International A Level and iPLSC for October 2026 were made available on our website on Wednesday 11th June.

These can be found on Provisional timetables webpage.

Thank you for all your hard work in getting your BTEC claims and internal grades on Edexcel Online. It was particularly important for any UCAS learners, that these grades were submitted by 5 July.

If you still had outstanding actions for UCAS learners past the 5 July deadline, we have emailed you separately this week. If you need any help to finish off your last actions, please contact us as soon as you can so we can help you.

Any outstanding actions for UCAS learners, not resolved by the 11 July, may be referred to our investigations team.
