Help your students receive their digital credential on results day

Now that exams have finished, this is your chance to make sure your students don’t miss out on receiving their digital credential alongside their results in August.
Add their email addresses now so they get a secure, shareable record of their achievement they can access whenever they need it.

What you need to do now
- Add your students’ email addresses in Edexcel Online before they certificate so they receive their digital certificate alongside their results on results day in August.
If you don’t add an email address in time, we won’t be able to issue the digital credential.
- Share the student guidance directly so they know what to expect and can make the most of their digital credential straight away.

Adding email addresses to Edexcel Online
The quickest way to do this is using the bulk upload function in Edexcel Online. This lets you upload multiple student email addresses at once, or you can add them individually.
You can use each student’s centre email address to start with. Once students receive their digital certificate via our Credly platform, they can add their personal email address directly in Credly so they can always access it.
If you use EDI to submit entries or registrations, you still need to add your students’ email addresses in Edexcel Online. We can’t receive student email addresses via EDI.
